 We are licensed and bonded through the state of Oklahoma and only buy from legal owners 18 years or older.  Be sure to bring your driver’s license or valid photo ID when you stop by.

We would rather buy and recycle metal for making new jewelry rather than impact the environment in a negative fashion.  Mining for metals is a very anti-friendly process on our environment and is believed to contribute to global warming.  We have chosen to go green!

Deal with a Jeweler you know…

The owner, Arthur Gordon, is a third generation jeweler whose family has been in the jewelry business here in Oklahoma since before statehood.  Arthur is a Registered Jeweler with the American Gem Society and an expert in metals and jewelry manufacturing.  He has written a book on jewelry repairs which has been sold to Jewelers worldwide.   He is active in all the world markets, trading daily and as a result can offer clients the highest, maximum prices.  When you deal with Arthur Gordon, you will be treated fairly with the utmost respect and confidentiality.

Do not be fooled by companies that claim to pay more and try to lure you out of town or to mail your items to them. When items are mailed off, they are usually not insured for the full value in the event of a loss, which can and does happen.  Also, the metal prices constantly change on a daily basis, therefore you can get paid more right here, right now without the risk.

Not all jewelry is as it appears…

If you are unsure whether or not your items are made of gold, platinum or silver, don’t worry, simply bring them in and we will test and evaluate them at no charge.  We use various methods for testing depending on what metals we are evaluating.  The most common test is an acid test for gold, which enables us to determine the actual gold content to treat you fairly.  We pay you based on the amount of actual pure metal in your item.  Unfortunately, in some cases jewelry items stamped with a gold content mark such as 10K, 14K, or 18K, may have been fraudulently manufactured with less pure gold then indicated in order to make more money from unknowing buyers.   

We do not buy…

We do not buy costume jewelry, imitation stones, silver plated flatware, silver plated hollow ware, gold plated or gold filled jewelry items.
